Perrin Pub Comstock Park, MI

Unfinished Business, 132.1%, 35 IBU, Japanese Emporers Stout, small cache of small  batch bourbon out of Washington, aged in barrels to depart a caramel, ripe tobacco, and a soothing boozy finish.   very good stout, with the bourbon finish.  Virgin bourbon  barrels, first run of beer after the bourbon has aged.

98 Problems IPA, 6.5%, 60 ibu, west coast hops, floral and citrus notes, nice finish, not too bitter,   good IPA<

Papa Don's Porter,5.8%, 32 ibu, black  color, malt forward brew, with generous chocolate notes, smooth creamy mouth feel.  not very bitter, could have a fuller  body,

Amber Saison Sour, fresh oak   barrels, aged over a year, added a handfull of fresh apple pressing, and fermentecd with wild yeast that completely covered the apples.  Each barrel soured and delivered its own flavor.   6%, very good sour beer.  even I like it.
